Our Promise
If you are not satisfied with your ATHLYST™ product for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or tampered with
- Wrong product or quantity was delivered
- Product is unopened and unused (for change-of-mind returns)
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Products with broken seals due to customer handling
- Pre-order items once dispatched
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@athlystlabs.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping is free for defective/wrong items)
