3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

ATHLYST™ products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Keep out of reach of children.

7. Referral Programme
Referral credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed against purchases on this Site. Credits expire 12 months from issuance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyvia Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
