Free Shipping
All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
Delivery Timelines
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistic partner delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A COD handling charge of ₹49 applies. COD is not available for pre-order items or subscription orders.
Tracking Your Order
Use the Track Order page to check real-time delivery status using your order number. Tracking updates are synced from our logistics partner every few hours.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@athlystlabs.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
